How a lot reaches this catalog

  1. Synthesized and lyophilized

Each standard is produced as a lyophilized powder and filled into a sealed vial under its own lot number.

  2. Assayed by an independent lab

Identity by mass spectrometry, purity by HPLC. The laboratory is third-party, so the result is not ours to adjust.

  3. Published against the lot

The certificate is posted to the COA library and matched to the lot number on the vial, readable before you buy.

Certificates of analysis

You are buying the lab report as much as the vial

Anyone can print a label. What separates one white powder from another is a report from a laboratory with no stake in the answer, tied to the number stamped on the vial in your hand.

Every released lot carries one. It is published before you buy, not after.

Scope

The catalog stops at the standard

Standards only

There is nothing in this catalog but the reference standards themselves. A supplier that also sells you the means of administration is telling you what it expects you to do with the vial.

Specifications, not guidance

Questions about specifications, certificates and logistics get answered. That is the whole list, on the site, over email and on the phone.

No reviews, anywhere

A review of a reference standard is a customer describing an outcome. There is nowhere on this site for that, by design.

Vida Vial supplies research reference standards and nothing adjacent to them. More about the standard →

FAQ

Common questions

All FAQs →
What does "research use only" mean?

Every product is a laboratory reference standard supplied solely for in-vitro research. It is not a drug, food, supplement, cosmetic, or medical device, and it is not for human or veterinary use.

Is a Certificate of Analysis included?

Yes. Every tested lot is matched to a third-party COA covering identity and purity. Browse and download them in the COA library, before or after purchase.

How do I pay?

Choose a method at checkout, send the total directly, then email a screenshot as proof. Your order is reserved and ships once payment is confirmed. No card is charged on the site.

Who can purchase?

You must confirm you are at least 21 and a qualified researcher, or authorized to buy for a research institution. This is recorded with every order.

Analytical reference standards.
Nothing more, nothing implied.
